Pre-Construction

MagnaPro begins each high end project with the planning phase. We review all drawings, and our estimators select only the best subcontractors in New York City for your project.

We then will finalize pricing, provide a detailed cost proposal, and a high level timeline for your construction project. Once the project has been awarded, we will provide an AIA contract and get all the necessary signatures.

Next, we will coordinate and schedule our crew and subcontractors to get ready for the start of the project and also start ordering materials for your job. We will work closely with your building management to ensure all rules and regulations are followed.

Construction

The construction phase starts with protecting the job site. Next is demolition. After the demolition is completed, we will revise the schedule if needed. We wait until after demolition to revise, as there may be adjustments to the drawings and this helps us plan more accurately.

Then, it is business as usual for the duration of the project. We have dedicated site supervisors and hold weekly meetings with the client, architect and designer to review project status, the project schedule and to answer any other questions that may arise. These meetings ensure we keep the project on track and on budget.

Post-Construction

During the post-construction phase, we will close out the project.
